| 2.Advantaged features of commodity and applications |
1. Physical system performance: heat resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and even ultra-low temperature
2. Chemical properties: stainless steel has good chemical and electrochemical corrosion resistance, second only to titanium alloy.
3. Mechanical properties: first, martensitic stainless steel has high strength and hardness. It is suitable for manufacturing corrosion-resistant parts requiring high strength and wear resistance, such as turbine axle, stainless steel cutter, stainless steel bearing, etc. Second, austenitic stainless steel has good plasticity. The strength is not too high, but the corrosion resistance is good. It is suitable for the parts we need to be very corrosion-resistant. The performance design level of mechanical system is not high, such as chemical plant, chemical fertilizer plant and sulfuric acid plant. Third, ferritic stainless steel mechanical products have moderate performance and low strength, but are resistant to oxidation.
