Production line: hot rolled bars/wire rods - (spheroidizing annealed for alloy steel/bearing steel) - pickling - cleaning - saponifing - cold drawn - (softening annealed for alloy steel/bearing steel) - cutting - bundling - packing - finished products
Advantage of cold drawn bars mainly consisting of : it have greater size accuracy, straightness and increased tensile and yield strength as well as improved machinability, so it is widely used as hardware tools, auto parts, standard parts, fasteners common shaft, machinery manufacturing, light industry, hardware, bicycles, cars, motorcycles, textile machinery, transformers and other machinery industry.
