production process
1.Melting:
The raw material aluminum ingot (A356)is processed throughsmelting equipment. The qualified molten aluminum must besampled and molded before being inspected for composition inthe spectrometer (Spectrum Apparatus). Only if the compositionmeets the standards can it proceed to the next process
2.Casting:
Using the low-pressure casting method, aluminum is poured frombelow while the mold is positioned above. The aluminum is forcedupward through the mold cavity under pressure to achieve thedesired shape.
X-ray Inspection (Non-Destructive Testing): Checking for shrinkageair bubbles, slag, and other defects in the casting. Polishing testsare conducted after casting.
3.Heat Treatment:
Through processes such as solid solution, quenching, and aging.the internal crystalline structure of the casting is improved. The aimis to enhance the mechanical properties of the wheel, including itstensile strength, elongation, and hardness.
4.Machining:
The casting blank is machined using CNC machine tools, includingmachining of the rim, mounting surface, and center hole; machiningof bolt holes, valve holes, and decorative holes.
5.Painting:
The wheel surface is polished, cleaned, dried, powder coatedprimed, and painted.
6.Test:.
Wheel strength performance tests.
