Products Introduction
Mine anchor cable consists of spear head anchor cable body and external anchor head (also known as external anchor section, which is the part where the anchor cable can be tensioned and locked. Its types include anchor plug type, screw type, reinforced concrete cylinder anchor pier type, pier head anchor type and steel frame type).
Mine anchor cable is composed of steel strand, anchorage agent, tray, anchorage and other anchorage accessories, which can exert active pressure on surrounding rock through mechanical tensioning.
Producing Process:
The manufacturing process is divided into single wire manufacturing and stranded wire manufacturing. The (cold) wire drawing technology is used for the production of single wire. According to the different materials of the product, it can be high carbon steel wire rod, stainless steel wire rod or medium and low carbon steel wire rod. If galvanizing is required, electroplating or hot plating treatment shall be carried out on the single wire. In the process of strand manufacturing, a stranding machine is used to twist multiple steel wires into products. Prestressed steel strands also need to be stabilized continuously after forming. The final products are generally wrapped on the I-shaped wheel (reel) or completed as reel-less.
Application:
Galvanized steel strand usually refers to messenger wire, Guy wire, core wire or strength member, etc. It can also be used as ground wire/ground wire for overhead power transmission, barrier cable on both sides of highway or structural cable in building structure. The commonly used prestressed steel strand in prestressed steel strand is uncoated steel strand for prestressed concrete, and also galvanized, which is commonly used in bridges, buildings, water conservancy, energy and geotechnical engineering, and unbonded steel strand or monostrand, which is commonly used in floor and foundation engineering
Calculation of tensioning value of steel strand:
The tensioning force controlled by the construction design of prestressed tensioning of steel strand refers to the tension of steel strand in front of the anchor clamp after the completion of prestressed tensioning. Therefore, when calculating the theoretical elongation of steel strand prestress tensioning, the distance between the anchor points at both ends of the steel strand should be taken as the calculated length of the steel strand. However, the controlled tensioning force of the steel strand during prestress tensioning is controlled at the jack tool anchor. Therefore, for control and calculation purposes, the distance between the anchor points at both ends of the steel strand, plus the working length of the steel strand in the tensioning jack, is generally used, As the calculated length of the theoretical elongation of the prestressed tensioning of the steel strand. During the prestressed tensioning of steel strand, the exposed part of the steel strand is mostly wrapped by anchors and jacks. The tensioning elongation of the steel strand cannot be measured directly on the steel strand, so the tensioning elongation of the steel strand can only be calculated by measuring the piston stroke of the tensioning jack, but the anchor plug retraction during the whole process of the tensioning of the steel strand should also be reduced. The bearing capacity of the steel strand shall be 4-6 times of the total traction force
